As i've been slaving away in the Unity mines, I had a lot of time to think. If nobody ends up claming Coco I'll go through with my project which will ultimately result in me uploading a 3d animated short (first as a trailer about two minutes, second as 5-10 minutes of total episode). Probably won't be any streams, I don't really fit in anyways, i'm not even funny.

Considering how things are going i expect the project to probably take about 500 hours (handcrafting the animations frame by frame is annoying), so I doubt I'll get it done by the end of January.

Good question, I think everyone will have their own answer to that.
We don't even know what the girls themselves want.
Personally I think if we aren't gaining new viewers we are only retaining them, and trying not to lose them.
So we should do some effort to gain new viewers or else the audience might just shrink.
Sure you don't mind being a 20 view, but what about a 10 view? what about a 5 view? At which point do you start to wish they had more views?
I would not want to shill them in places where it is not appropriate, and if I were to shill them I'd be mindful and humble because they are all rookies and not really the best vtubers out there, they're really still a very niche thing and many will make fun of them for being png vtubers.
A fan shilling something with thin skin and a bad attitude is just a sad sight.
But if someone finds the right time and place to share them and does so with a good attitude I don't see any harm in it and maybe some good can come out of it.

As someone who comes from /vsj+/, I can tell you firsthand that that the jannies do not care about off topic shit in small threads like this. If they don't even sweep the bait out of one of the top 3 corpo threads, there is no way they will they do anything around here. JUST IGNORE THE BAIT. If you are actually watching the holostar debuts and you see something that can be useful, then post it. Post a timestamp, or even a clip too. There was no goal or point originally, Pippa made a fake Vtuber company for content. For better or worse, /we/ gave the fake company a point and a goal. I never wanted to start a company, but I felt drawn to this project to make it into what it is now. If FlaVR was never created, this group or project would’ve never been created organically. But, be that as it may, there is a clear “main group” formed and clear passionate audience for that main group who props them up. Since we are, like what a month and a half(?), away from the original stream, the “adding FlaVR to your name and Vtuber for the haha funny meme Pippa react to me please” phase is over and those who add it to their name are at least semi-serious about joining the “main” group who’ve formed.
