So what's the real story with this? AkioAir is my own bit of /vt/ shame. Watched all their debuts, and loved them, espefically Fen and Athy. Never watched another stream after that though since they were never live at good times for me. Eventually unsubbed from all of them because I felt bad seeing their low number streams being recommended to me every day.

AkioAir is another well-off guy's attempt to make the next big vtuber corpo (TM). With the exception of Fen (and Athy, who has her unique gimmick of being a nurse and loving kids, which makes her more attractive than 99% of a vtubers) all the other girls are your typical streamer game playing cute Asians zoomers happy to play Valorent or whatever's cool at the moment. It seems that the corporation was enforcing certain rules for stuff like backgrounds and what the girls' streams should look and feel like. Fen wanted to do more than what the corporation wanted to allow her.
