Seriously, learning from Kobo's case, the approach should be different between markets. Previous HoloID failed to cultivate the local market because they're using the style of JP and EN. Copying the style of JP will only attract hardcore weebs and copying EN will only attract westernized city dwellers, you cannot go far with that strategy.
If only any other vtubers outside of JP and EN understand their market, they will be successful too like Kobo, earning more than half of JP and EN.
