Honestly a lot of westerners would probably be interested in Niji if they have a means of exposure. Niji EN might provide a pipeline to the other branches but I doubt. Clips are THE reason that Hololive got big in the west and Azur Lane may have been the reason that some of the early subbers checked out Hololive. The girls' personalities/streams ensured those who checked them out became fans but people would not have checked them out/known about vtubers without fan clips like Miko's Nigga and Matsuri's bandaids or short clips like FBK's scatman.
