Good luck with your master degree in music study.

She has really good pitch stability and precision in hitting the notes, so as long as she stays in her vocal range her singing skills are in the upper tier.

The problem is that her range must be pretty limited, as she doesn't try to sing songs in styles that would force her outside of the comfort zone. Maybe that's something she can work on if she isn't already but I guess it really depends on what her goals are.
