Which leads into the shit you’re trying to pull which is how it’s somehow bad being in holo because… You might be put on a waiting list for outfits or 3D? Why would that be of utmost priority for someone trying to make a career for themselves? I think the benefit to being in Hololive or a similar corp is that it already provides you with opportunities that you wouldn’t have elsewhere. It’s almost like a cheat code where you start a game at a far higher level with rare gear on you. You’re essentially guaranteed hundreds of thousands of subscribers, thousands of viewers, multiple members to collab with, opportunities to get eyes on you across the scene and multiple avenues to find success in. It’s highly unlikely that EN3 is going to experience the same level of success as Myth, not even close. Compound that with the fact that if/when HoloEN sinks to the same level as other corpos that that’ll probably either affect everyone equally or the newcomers more, and add in the fact that smaller corpos are more likely to grow, and the big three (especially HoloEN) more likely to recline, and the calculus gets much murkier.
I’m not saying that no one wants to apply to HoloEN anymore, but the way it works is you peel off prospective applicants at the margins. The people who really care about the vtubing more than the money are going to be turned off more easily, then the people who care a bit about the money, then the people who kind of care about the money, etc.
I obviously can’t say where exactly on the scale HoloEN is now in terms of turning off potential applicants, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the pool of people who are willing to join HoloEN is now more likely to be clout-chasers who want the bag rather than people who like streaming.

If you’re sick of HoloEN’s shit, the only way to make them change is to watch someone else. And the only ones who provide something like the HoloEN experience are small corpos.
If you want the big concerts and shit, just go back to JP. If you want those, but for EN, and you don’t want to put up with the mediocrity of HoloEN streams, then your only chance is for a competent small corpo to incline.
I’m personally meh on the concerts. They’d be cool, but they’re not my main desire. I just see so many anons who are clearly clinging to HoloEN over sunk cost fallacy and not because they genuinely believe HoloEN is healthy deep down, and it feels painful to watch.
Also, I don’t watch HoloEN at all anymore, so the only way I can consistently say nice things about vtubers instead of criticism is to talk about small corpos. It would be nice to be able to say nice things about vtubers without constantly getting called a shill. That would be cool.

That would help in the short term, but it sure looks like HoloEN’s issues are structural. As in, something deeper is the issue and makes a lot of vtubers who aren’t generally lazy into burnt out, unenthusiastic shells of their former selves. My worry is that without changing whatever’s wrong there (and often have multiple issues that need to be fixed), EN3 will just recline back into the mediocre state of Council right now. Also, don’t forget that a lot of the people who’ll watch EN3 will probably be former Myth/CouncilRyS fans, so they have to figure out a way to deal with that too.

Seeing how IRyS redesign got around 92k where only 70% were holoEN viewers, the current holoEN box sits around 60k, which when compared to the latest holoEN event (Fauna's new costume), that's 20k viewers that could potentially come back to check EN3
EN3 would need to be better than Myth and Council by a big margin to get good viewership, otherwise they would either go back to their previous oshis or just wait for EN4
