Every discussion of her here seems to boil down to nobody being able to understand her. She has a better mic now but I still struggle if I'm not actively watching, and the content is too dull to enjoy that. Seems that she's mostly streaming in Japanese now so that's all the more reason for her not to get discussion here, though I'm still glad that that seems to be working for her.

Aoi and Rita are Americans. Aoi is living in Japan. Iku recently said that Japanese is her first language, but is better at English now. My guess is that she is Japanese, and was either born or moved to America at a young age, but her family moved back to Japan at some point later in her life.

Can someone explain to me why these two haven't collaborated yet? They know each other because they both follow each other on Twitter and visit each other stream from time to time.

For Luto it would be a gateway to reaching a potential big group of new (and probably loyal) viewers, resulting in more clips and spreading awareness of her existence. It could also help spread the word a bit about PRISM Project as well. They both also target the English demographic and the collab could tie the Nabi-Nacho characters relationship tighter.

Right now there's almost no benefit to Uto in a collab with Luto, due to the sheer difference in numbers. Luto is definitely aware of this, and probably doesn't feel comfortable being the one initiating.
