Not him, but for me it's her ability to be immersed in whatever she's playing. She focuses on the story and has good comments/reactions to what's happening on screen.
Her game selection is decent and varied as well, and is semi-competent and well-versed in competitive titles.
She also has interesting things to say outside of games, and is clearly more intelligent than the cutesy voice would have you believe.
All in all, she's an absolute pleasure to be around and one of 2 only EN's that I try to catch whenever possible.
