EN3 should've debuted already, ideally almost a year ago, but with 2022 being dedicated to Cover's relapse to their Anycolor copycat phase a lot of the girls who were potential hires probably probably got ghosted and went straight to the first agency who was willing to hire them instead of rotting away waiting for Cover to reply to them. This is my rrat as to why it wouldn’t work for EN3: the small corpo meta has been to do the exact opposite of the holobox. Namely, collab with each other, talk about your friends in other corpos, and basically have a loose form of small corpo unity. Reincarnating into a small corpo means you can still hang out with your friend from your indie days when she’s in another corpo. That’s also possible in HoloEN but it’s…much harder. Shondo went on a menhera rampage precisely because once Fauna got in, she knew that was going to be the end of Fauna being able to acknowledge Shondo’s existence.
Even if HoloEN members *can* collab outside of the box now, it’s still got to be a convoluted process with a shit-ton of middlemen wasting time. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they know more about what goes on behind the scenes than we do and have some idea of what’s sapped the motivation of most of the members.

That reminds me back when Korone use to do more frequent endurance streams there was always a number of EOPs telling her to sleep and spamming the chat. It's like these people really don't want to watch them. Also HoloEN is dangerously close to actually needing to accelerate if Cover keeps taking their stupid time to do things. HoloJP around the same time was close to having 28 members in total (Gens 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and Gamers), but got knows when EN will have 15. Not to mention how the branch will need a miracle to leave 2023 unscathed, so Cover needs to act quickly unless they want EN3 to be a net increase lower than 5.
