imo Miyabi is pretty easy to follow, has clear pronunciation, and doesn't use many difficult words.
Rikka might not be the easiest but he has a pretty active live translator in chat (mostly during singing stream or zatsudan).

For Roberu, I recommend his rpg streams instead of his zatsudan chat streams. He reads almost every line on screen with a clear voice that is easy to listen to and the kansai-ben doesn't really come out. His zatsudan streams are too difficult for beginners with how fast he talks at times and the kansai-ben. Many have similar topics or stories he's told before in past streams though.
