Gura's manager likely does a lot though. Gura is following the Aqua/Shion/Ayame/Marine/Suisei route of developing her brand instead of streaming, and her manager probably has to sit through dozens of meetings each day to organize whatever is related to Gura. They also have to ask Gura her opinion on whatever involves her image... if she didn't just say "do whatever you want" to her manager anyway
