OP is right, the lack of work ethic is probably the biggest things the EN lacks. Of all of them, Kiara is the absolute only one that puts in the hours and effort. She has lots of other issues, but her work ethic isn't one of them.

There's one or two EN's that are worth watching (just Fauna comes to mind now but I'm sure there's a second one). My problem with them is not just all their laziness and disinterest in being a functional branch on their own but that they can't even try to be a part of Hololive.
