I mean this sincerely. They totally banked that Tempus and Hololive would consolidate well with the English audience since there isn't really an idol culture in the west, and it seemed to work well for other agencies like niji.

HoloproEn is really just an afterthought to Cover anyway so if somebody in Council doesn't start bringing in Gura money or the rest of EN bringing in JP money, then Holopro will always seem like a liability to Cover.

Holopro releases a new gen every 11 months. So En4 will be in June 2023.

Man am I glad that the Holopro dream was a huge failure and now "the boys" are barely above Roberu tier. Hopefully Cover is scrambling to have an actual EN3 as soon as possible because if they wait until June it's possible that some of the low-tier HoloEN members will be dangerously close to 3view territory, while Tempus is already dipping their toes there.

A well managed company wouldn't need more than 10-15 max girls to create a consistent content flow.
What Cover needs to do is light a fire under their current talents asses and get them streaming. The concept of a new gen should be used as a threat for non-streaming girls that their contracts will not be renewed and they will be replaced.
Give us a Sana replacement and potentially an Ina replacement if she picks her actual work and health over Cover. Pick them well and let them know upfront that they will be managed and have expectations, in return they will be well compensated. Then you take the girls who don't get the message and you graduate them and then make a new gen to fill the hole.

I don't get what? Cover made Tempus debut before an actual EN3 because they were rushing for that Luxiem-like success, and it's insane to think otherwise. It's not me who's being a numberfag, it's Cover who took this massive risk just because it worked for the competition only to have it fail miserably. It's a shame that they relapsed to their old habits of copying everything Anycolor does, they were doing pretty well by just doing their own thing for over 2 and a half years.

They appealed so hard that even if they're the only ones streaming out of all of Holopro they still can barely go above 1.5k viewers. Man, you should drop the copium. Cover would never make a StarsEN the sole focus of the EN branch for 2022 if Luxiem wasn't a success. And don't come at me with "but YAGOO said" when he might as well be lying through his teeth, especially considering the timing of everything. They fucking made a second call for male candidates 3 months after opening auditions, which they were very clear about it being for both Hololive and Holostars since the beginning. They wanted to put their answer for Luxiem as fast as they could, but unfortunately that didn't work as well as they wished and any girl they debuted in their place would be at least twice as big as any of them, and I'm probably low-balling.
