Sorry, I'm a bit busy with work so it takes me a while to reply.
There's always stuff to nitpick about. In that image her ears are wrong, her left index finger is incorrect, her right hand is missing completely, her stomach is randomly skin colour, she has the back of the skirt on, etc.
Lots of little things that could be fixed spending quite some time inpainting and manually editing.
But in the time I could edit one image to be perfect I could make another 30 "good enough" ones.

I'm not super happy with that part either but every time I tried to make it bigger it just sort of fused with her legs. I think it had something to do with the pose I was going for since I wanted her to be lying mostly flat but if I change that a bit she suddenly gets so much {{bigger}}
