If you read any romcom manga in the past 20 years, Koyori's win was obvious from the get-go. On that same note, how to properly "deal" with Suisei can be found in those same places. Falling out of love (or realizing she isn't actually (You)r type) and falling in love with the new girl. So while I never agreed with the idea of a love triangle I do agree that Suisei needed proper build-up. The author never wrote her as a serious contender in the first place but to me, she never justified her place as an obstacle. She just kind of existed in the periphery as a locus of guilt before being solved quickly and conveniently in the last chapter.

I mean I knew from the start that Suisei was never going to win in the 'main' narrative. I'm not blind to romance tropes. It was just that at the time of it being serialized I really like the dynamic anon and Suisei had and thought it was going to be a long series about trying to fight the government algorithm thing with koyori eventually winning, and not just whatever the hell happened in chapter 3. (Since I'm going to be honest chapter 2 made me think it was going to a long running series and not a three chapter thing).

you‘re pretty much spot on. For the other anons: I‘m quite happy to see the story has stayed in mind enough to still warrant discussion, albeit a bit more critical in nature.
Although I was quite happy with the whole thing when I first posted it, I have since revisited it and found some grievances of my own.
I thought the thematic switches between sci-fi dystopia, comedy, drama and fluff were too rough and kind of all over the place, for example - like I didn’t know what the story was supposed to be.
Also, as one anon pointed out, the pacing was quite bad, especially in chapter 3 where the resolve of the Suisei situation right at the start pretty much killed the thunder for the rest of the chapter.
The fluffy bit after that seems to draw out and I don’t know if the playground scene was too good of a choice, thinking about it now.
Also, a bit of smut would‘ve been nice as a final conclusion.
I get that Suisei‘s character and her arc as a whole got too little attention and might have felt shoehorned in, but the problem was that I wanted to finish the story rather than elongate the plot and run the risk of losing drive. So I decided to cut down on ideas and focus on Koyori, as it was supposed to be a Koyo fic at its core.
Anyways, I hope that I’ll get around to write something more satisfying than Match-Made for you guys in the future. Thanks for reading my blog!

After a few seconds, however, the baby began to gasp. His face was turning blue, his heart racing. Mori turned him over and began patting him on his back. Was it the nipple?! No, it's on the bottle still. What was he choking on?! The baby began vomiting, but was still choking. "KIARA!" Mori screamed at the top of her lungs, "KIARA CALL AN AMBULANCE THE BABY IS CHOKING, HE'S GOING TO DIE!" Mori began crying in panic and despair, the baby wasn't moving. Limp. No. The M1C came into existence because tankers and paratroopers needed a lighter rifle that was easier to move around in close quarters than the M1 Garand and the M14. The M1911 had no bearing on it's creation other than it had to be more powerful than .45 ACP but less than 30-06 and had to be in between them in size and weight. The M1911 didn't see any more or less kills than other contemporary sidearms, because they weren't thought of the same way then. To soldiers a sidearm is something you use in a pinch until you get to a longgun so outside of emergencies pistols didn't -and still don't- see much battlefield use.

The particular arc I was talking about was the Lamy one for HJ. I've had the finale of it in my head for a couple months now, but since I want certain other characters to be present, its a ways off, not to mention other events need to happen first.

That said, I'm not super sure on how that arc will start or how I plan to initially introduce Lamy, I got a few ideas, but I tend to worry more about the beginning flow when I'm a lot closer to actually writing it, there's also no way for me to know just exactly things will have progressed in the story by then also.
