Both the MyHolo's are indies now, at least afaik. It def isn't Hazard Hornet or Dokibird, and the NijiEN debuts crossed out a number of them. The four most likely imo are Bao, Miki, Ayane Ninomae and Namirin, the last of whom has gone on hiatus with monthly patreon streams. Bao is more speculation. Imo it's probably Ayane, but who knows. Bao and Namirin would also be good, and Miki would be a good fit for EN gen 2.

I wonder what precedence Cover places on various skills and talents when hiring and if they look to fill specific niches. From the composition of gen 1 I think it's probable that they look for unique skills in order to make the group dynamic more interesting. Probably personal choice. Namirin has been active on Youtube for like 9 years so she probably has some attachment to that account and doesn't want to abandon it. Plus, as seen with AZKi and Calli, Cover allows vtubers to release music under their other lives while in hololive, so that might be a reason to stay too. That's with the likelihood of them applying and their recent activity being taken into account. Kana, Haruka, Leaflit, Kaheru and Asagiri Yua would also be good but I doubt that they applied (my dream team would be the first 4 + Miki). I could see some of them joining as themselves somewhere like Tsunderia, though.
