I started watching Tempus and liked them, before I realized they have the same problem that’s slowly killing HoloEN, which is that they don’t make connections to the people who would actually give them a long-term brand. Making clear you’re StarsEN1, not HoloEN3, would be their best move. They already get views, what benefit they could get from collabing with HoloEN they’ve already cashed out on. Now do collabs with Athena and Roberu already or die a slow death.

Office workers had to pack their shit up and start doing every bullshit function in person. An entire year of students at almost every education level had a gap year, and so those people have no time to waste when they're already a year behind.
All that is left is the hardcore fans who can make time for their oshi, NEETs, and a small number of rotating tourists who can only watch short streams or clips.

That's the real issue. There's not much motivation to stream except the bare minimum to make sure the fans don't forget you. This strategy will lead to stagnation an a slow decline. The only solution I that the girls need to believe in streaming for the good of the other girls, that their individual streams work towards enhancing the brand of the group as a whole. Working towards that ideal of growing together is much easier than trying to grow on your own and it helps with motivation to make good streams and creates a unity buff.
Basically leverage the power of the group, to make streaming fun and fulfilling.
