Nah I don't think so, Marine stopped appealing to the EOPs when they abandoned her (and the rest of HoloJP for that matter) when HoloEN was formed and the very few that stayed with her evidently don't send superchats, so she eventually stopped bothering to even acknowledge them (its been almost 2 years since the last time she used "overseas sexy guys" outside of EOPs asking her to say it), it's not like she flat out stopped appealing to the EOPs from one day to the next it was a progressive thing until now where Marine focuses only on her home country audience with a little bit of appeal to the gooks here and there.

she does still acknowledge them occasionally, though. she mentioned them in regard to the VR meetups.

I mean, she had to if there were foreigners present but ideally all the participants should have been Japanese but from remote parts that can't make it to Tokyo for the meet & greets or concerts held there. Plus if I remember correctly she referred to them as kaigai nikki which can encompass anyone from gooks, indogs, flips, Taiwanese chinks, etc. not necessarily just people whose native language is English.
