HoloMyth was clearly designed to have mass appeal, everyone knows about mythology and the Lovecraft influences of Ina and Ame were also perfect for a western audience.
Meanwhile, LazuLight looks and sounds like a cheap Chinese gatcha, which has limited appeal and the designs of the girls aren't helping.
But then, who knows? Maybe they'll be incredible, or at least be the most successful vtubers in the company.

The 5ch thread on Hololive was huge, mostly because they kept raiding other people and kept getting raided in return. 5ch decided to move over Hololive threads to live streaming instead of the Youtube board, but then they complained about why Nijisanji was allowed to stay, so they moved the Nijisanji thread too who just said sure. So now you have a way slower Hololive board in streaming, but a ton of people still didn't want to move, so they kept making threads and raiding, and somehow decided to raid the baseball board to get noticed. The baseball board obviously dwarfs them in size and told them to get out and stop complaining, and then went to Youtube/Livestreaming to raid them there too.
