Power Level Tier List if the gens were an RPG party. Suborganized genmates by power level from left to right. I took in consideration individual power level, power level across the gen, being good at games and team balance which includes having a frontline fighter, and late game potential.
Gen 1 is the worst RPG party because Haachama and Matsuri are no power menharas. Mel and Aki have to do all the heavy lifting.
Gen 5 could have been C Tier if they weren't down a genmate. Not that Aloe was going to be a powerhouse, but they could have used the support. Nene is their only front liner, which is too bad because Botan is a natural front liner. Botan could go with some shotgun cop front liner build idk I'll let you guys convince me.
Gen 4 is Coco and 4 babies. Kanata is an angel but can she use any of her divine power? Towa's a useless devil.

I condensed Hololive Indonesia into one gen. Anya is a living weapon, so she doesn't really take up a slot. Why did I think Moona was a moon goddess? She's just supposed to be an idol according to her bio. I take memes into consideration for power levels as well, so I guess she still has moon powers. Iofi might have late game alien powers locked behind a quest.
Not too much to say about Gen 2. I put Choco pretty low because she doesn't have much power despite being a succubus. She should be under Korone thinking again.
Gen 3 has the best team balance period. Noel is the best frontline fighter you can ask for. Flare as a half elf is an all rounder. Rushia is a powerful necromancer. Even Pekora can be a decent thief and chemist.
Gen EN is crazy powerful. Mori is fast with powerful AoE and insta kills. Ame is a time mage full stop. Ina has powerful cthulu powers and can tank with her tentacles. Even Kiara is still a phoenix, super scary late game. Only Gura can't pull her own weight, and even then she could at least unlock her true Atlantic genes and fulfill her destiny or some chuuni shit like that.
Sora is a goddess. AZKi a minor goddess. Roboco is a high spec robot. Miko is a priest, and even Suisei can grow into a powerful all rounder. Gen 0 is truly without peer.

Yeah, but otherwise she's dead weight. You also have to keep in mind, they aren't facing off against each other, but trying to complete an adventure. For an example, I would have put Gen 5 above Gen 4 despite them being down a party member if Gen 5 was overall more powerful. In fact, Gen 5 might actually be more capable of completing an adventure faste than Gen 4.

Yeah CatDog possibly have supernatural powers, but not all that much I would gather. Maybe they're faster and stronger than their frames would suggest, but not superhumanly so. Honestly, I see Aqua/Choco/CatDog as being roughly equal in effectiveness. I would give the edge to Aqua because she's the most competitive. Again, it's how well can they complete an RPG, it's a marathon. Aqua would put in the most effort and time, over time. Again, the gamer trio are roughly equal.
I just didn't want to put Choco as dead last, because being a succubus has to at least account for something. I could see her being useful as a Futaba style support member at least.
