That's a good thing though. HoloEN is hot garbage. The only decent one, the professional that's a formal idol, is constantly shit on by everyone for things she doesn't even bring up (Kiara and her roommates politics). The others either don't care about the job (Gura, Ina), are just using it for a stepping stone (Mori), or only offers mediocre GFE (Ame). HoloEN is a fucking embarrassment.
