Instead of ratings, some short general comments.

If all the stream reveals, I find myself more excited after Ame's compared to all the others.

After Calli, Ina, and Gura, I was happy. Calli and Ina got the practical outfits designed for their purposes and uses. Gura went for the cute approach, but unfortunately, her rig does have some errors. Hopefully, that gets fixed.
Regarding Kiara, I was actually interested in her outfit change but the pacifier thing destroyed all that.

Ayame, Watame, and Towa. I did not bother watched theirs. I might go back on Watame, as she's the only one of these three whom I'm subscribed to.

Kanata. I watched half, fell asleep, but went back on the archive. Her outfit change wasn't really all that much of a change. A bit of a meh here.

All in all, this Golden Week of Hololive this year has been a fun one.

I don't really care about Gura's rigging since it will be fixed in time. I'm mostly only judging based off the design.

Ayame's was the most dull costume reveal I've ever seen. Even when I looked at it for the first time, I felt like it was an old outfit I'd seen her wear a hundred times before.

I loved Watames. People who hate it don't seem to understand Watame's appeal. It's cute and soft like she is.

Calli's was a good design and well implemented. Not enough to blow your mind, but really good all the same.

Towa I downgraded from a 4 to a 3 because whlist the design is very good (and I agree with some sentiments that it almost seems like a new vtuber) this is actually a problem: It doesn't suit Towa's personality and it would have actually been better if it had been a new vtuber frankly.

Kiara's is ok. It's pretty much what people have expected her second outfit to be for ages. It's a very common way of depicting her in fanart before she had it.

Kanata is also good, but it's basically just different for different's sake. I love her hair, but that's about it.

Ina's was surprising given how easy it was guiess most of it. I didn't expect her to look like a sort of Catholic teacher look and her design has only grown in appeal since it debuted.

Gura's (again just going on design) is a loli's wet dream. I'm glad they didn't go for the obvious sailor look but they managed to capture the spirit of it. The cat ears are a bad call though. No two ways about it.

Ame. Perfect design, perfect stream for showcasing it. Nothing else to say. I kneel Teamates.

Towa's design I think pretty much embodies what she likes irl minus the piercings and tatoo but then again those were additions that Towa also liked. Since it is supposed to bw casual, she went for what she thinks is cute. I think her hair changes were changes that rurudo thought herself. I love everything about her new 2D. It's about thematic feel Anon. Ame and Ina have period pieces that match the sherlock and lovecraft periods respectively, Gura has no proper period so she just has loli wear with a cat ear reference to her pre-holo tuber persona, Kiara has a farmgirl theme for her chicken theme, and Calli has just the same shit she wears in real life.

KFP here, I took one point away from Kiara because I don't dig the stripped details on her short too much, I think it would be better if it was only a normal jeans shorts.

I imagined more German rural girl, but summer matched okay. Kiara's theme is more RPG oriented at initial release but she also leans heavily into being a restaurant owner and Mori's girlfriend. Her themeing is all over the place.

Gura's outfit is great. Peak loli fashion. Built for headpats and kisses. Its the Live2D that's the problem, and even then I only really care about the parallelogram face. Hope they fix it and give her some accessories to play with. She deserves more.

Ame's face upgrade is genuinely beautiful, but I don't like her outfit design besides head Bubba. Ame is a little Gremlin. Being glamorous just doesn't fit her.

Mori's fits her actual personality well, but I personally don't care for the style and the shoes look silly. I'll probably like it more when I forget about them.

This thread is honest proof of how many people don't like Kiara at all, to the point of it affecting their sight.

I think Towa and Watson had the best ones with Kiara slightly behind.

Ina, Watame, and Kanata all had very good ones but I think their original designs are better. Watame in particular is very good but nothing can beat Watame's cape. I probably just need more time before I bump her to a 9.

Gura got screwed. Design is good but the rigging was big oof and that screwed it up pretty badly.

Only issue I really have with Calli's is the red clashes with her pink hair too much and it just doesn't look right to me now. Maybe it if was a darker red then I'd bump it to a 6

mori: fits her character but feels a bit too much like a costume instead of something the character would actually wear. still good though

towa: suffers from the same thing ayame does in that her og and new years outfits are both very good. there's nothing really wrong with it outside of that and i might be judging it a bit too harshly but whatever

kiara: theming for the accessories is kinda all over the place and it's a bit plain. not really much else to say about it besides it being generally high quality in both art and rigging

kanata: an upgrade to her og outfit, which i liked quite a lot. the design is slightly too busy but overall it's done well and i can't really complain too much about it

ina: seiso artist outfit for a seiso artist. same thing as watame, except i'm giving it an a+ instead of an a simply because i like it better and none of you can stop me

gura: huge asterisk here. the actual outfit is quite nice and incorporates aspects of her og in a creative way (i especially like the teeth on the skirt), but the rigging is obviously scuffed so it's hard to accurately judge. loses points for (maybe, who fucking knows) being limited on accessories compared to the rest

ame: supposed to be a casual outfit for a detective, looks like a casual outfit for a detective. high quality with a lot of accessories overall, not much more to add to that

Gura’s outfit is simple and cute, and unique to her. Could it have used more accessories and better rigging? Yes of course, but the lack of those things don’t take away from how cute the outfit is, at least to me. Besides, I rated Ina’s and Ame’s higher than Gura’s cause they’re objectively better while Calli’s was cool but didn’t stand out much, and Kiara’s was too basic.
