This is disingenuous because it abstracts from the differences in development in cities and their differing levels of trashiness. No one said all cities are perfect, but some cities are multiple times better than others. Take a city like Tokyo compared to a cesspit like new york for instance. None are perfect, but tokyo is infinitely better than a slum city like new york. A very small section of the richest parts of new york may have somewhat of a decent appearance and living situation, but even those places aren't free from a bothering number of trashy people and the thrill doesn't last long. However, maybe it doesn't matter much for tourists since they may not be there long enough to notice anything.
As an american there is only one reason why I would want to visit the major tourist places like L.A., new york, florida, texas, or san francisco. To eat food and go to the amusement parks. Literally nothing else to do unless you are a normal scum.

Well this guy just gave some interesting info about taxes. Some countries don't have this but have to pay US taxes if they are using Twitch (and YouTube) plus tax from your own country. Sucks for those whose never set foot in the US but some countries like Japan has this exception. So this guy (moved to Japan) and Nazuna only have to pay Japan's taxes.

The guy said he was paying 51% in taxes where he lives (Danish) plus US taxes about 30%? I forgot.
