I think you could make it work if you pre-corded the content then edited it to be enjoyed in a just chatting style stream. The audience in these threads likes attention from the vtuber. If you were a Holo I would say go for it, but the audience here seems to stick to small indie streamers for the just chatting with chat experience. The "friend experience".

There's many types of indie vtuber styles that a Hollywood celebrity could find a niche in.
