Hololive's english branch wasn't named HoloNA (north america) and it wasn't region locked to the USA/Canada. It was named HoloEN because their vtubers speak ENglish.
Doesn't matter if they're American (Gura), European (Kiara), or Australian (Bae). As long as they speak english, that's all that matters.

Preach. Europe is too divided linguistically to offer a really good market, and most Europeans can speak English anyways.
HoloES is much more likely because Spanish has a lot of speakers but Latin America is way too fucking unstable. But considering Hololive opened a branch for the fucking mess of a country that is Indonesia, they might consider Latin America too.
A small HoloKR branch might also be feasible due to the demand there.
But I doubt there will be any new branches in general. Not for anytime soon, anyways.

Europe's population, economy, world influence, etc all expected to decrease in the near future. Not to mention they all speak english fluently anyway.

The best decision they could have made was making an Indonesia group, which is a growing economy and potentially MASSIVE market base considering their population. South east asia in general is projected to become a region of great importance to the world order in the coming decades.
