My oshi is Selen, I watch a handful of HoloEN and HoloJP as well as Tenma and Unou, but I don't give a shit about corps and neither should you. Especially since vtubers so rarely do co-commentary so for 90% of their streams they're alone anyway, the rest of the company might as well not exist.

Rikotan is the only one I keep tabs on other than the usual (HoloJP, HoloEN, NijiEN).

I have a job, a fairly active social life and other hobbies so no I only watch Reine. I get to watch the other hololive girls only when Reine interacts with them and sometimes they leave a good enough impression that I watch some of their clips, but in terms of streams I can only commit to the hag.
Watching a stream already takes 2-3 hrs out of my day and she streams around 5-7 times a week on average. Cant imagine having the time to learn about a whole new group, their cultures, their cliques, their inside jokes and connecting with the community surrounding them.

I mainly watch HoloJP and NijiJP, my oshi is Korone and I watch a few "indies" like the one that you posted Rushia or Gibbers, but that's mainly because I used to watch them when they were in their companies, the only graduated chuubas that I don't watch are Delta and Kson, Kson never was my thing and Delta is too weird for me. I also watch Pochi, Ui, sometimes Tamaki and I used to watch a lot of them that don't stream right now.

I watch mostly Nijisanji, though not because I'm attached to the brand, but because it's made easy for me. My oshi is a niji (Inui), a couple of my other favourites are nijis (Furen, Kirame), and there's always someone streaming there so it's easy to channel surf for streams without leaving the company's grasp.

I do follow others outside the company, too. Onolumi, Athena Nightingale, Hirasaka Mei and Unou (though she barely counts) just to name a few. I never catch every single possible stream from anyone, even my oshi, I just watch what I feel like from whomever I feel like watching when I have the time.
