I don't think there needs to be a grand conspiracy behind why (some? Nyanners and Veibae, who else?) bring up Kiara, like this is all a coldly calculated ploy to get an "in" to Hololive and destroy it (or whatever else schizos like to cook up in their heads. Disclaimer, I don't hate Vshojo, I mean I don't love them either and would rather have dozens of other smaller but better tubers I'd like the ENs to collab first, but whatever I'm not seething about it like it's the end of the world either). The simpler explanation is just that Kiara, because of her outgoing personality type, is the mostly likely one to reply back to their shoutouts, so it just shakes out that way.
Now, of course, whether you think that's a good think or a bad thing, depends on whether you like or dislike Kiara and Vshojo in the first place. If you like both, you probably don't see much of a problem with it, or even approve. If you dislike them, it's easy to let it confirm your prejudices (like "see? This proves she's just a whore like them, ugh!"), or if you like chicken but dislike Vshojo you split the difference (like "It's not Kiara's fault, she's just too friendly and naive to see that she's taken advantage of"). Kiara is by far the most approachable and friendly idol out of the EN crowd.
