They're not allowed to actively shit talk other companies as that would harm Vshojo's reputation with them. They can skirt the edges with a few comments here and there, like with this interview, but that's true for any agency. The biggest difference between Vshojo and Hololive is the mention of sex and relationships. But even that is blurred when you look at specific talents. The only big difference is the mention of relationships. Hololive most likely bans that topic outright, whereas Vshojo doesn't have such a rule. But not having a rule against it doesn't mean the topic gets talked about. Outside of vtubers, most female streamers don't talk about relationships for one strong reason; their main source of income is from single lonely men. See link below for further reading. While there is no rule against it, mentioning a current partner is asking for the incels to be mad. Sadly, incels also are the ones maintaining their lifestyle.
