Not necessarily, if the context is fan-made bullshit then Hololive does have more stuff like that. There's a difference between an all encompassing non-sensical statement like "Hololive fans are more creative than Nijisanji fans" and "Hololive fans are more creative than Nijisanji fans in regards to showing support via creative works". Whether or not that would hold true in an actual argument is obviously debatable but it's a perfectly reasonable claim to make given a particular context.
