POLLS FOR ANTHEMS WILL LIKELY BE HELD TOMORROW!
NOW IS THE TIME TO FINISH UP ANY REMAINING SUBMISSIONS!

Chants will continue to be accepted for longer and I'll give a deadline on that as we get closer to the vtl itself. If you guys have suggestions for other aspects of our team then be sure to let me know, but it will be harder to accommodate larger changes for players at this time, so please keep that in mind.

We are also accepting stadium billboard ads at this time, so if you have a neat idea or a creation you want to submit yourself, just send it my way. Please note that your ads need to be in the proper ratio, so something like 512x96 or 1024x192.

for the /warkop/ rep

i remember saying as such before i went on my break but i like the 3 kingdoms vs 1 dynamic a lot and the way it is fleshed out is very nice. i must say out of all the lore entries of new nations that have been come in recent tiems i personally liek this one probably the msot because it actually focuses on the land and describes it in a way that makes you imagine it. too many nations got lore entries that just feel like they are just some boring document to file away with unnecessary logn lists of just stuff listed that tells nothing about a nation.

only thing i found weird was the part of the warsuners that said their artillery is one of the msot outdated ones and then says its fuckign breechloaders wich absolutly is far off from being outdated at all and is in fact very modern.

>> No.30996748

Oh right, you had 2 other teams. Sorry for that. But the question still remains, would the Risuners in /uuu/ have the time to steal anything before the jannies teleported them? I would assume they would have reacted just as hostilities were starting to pick up, before you had the time to go from "let's fuck these Saplings brains out. " to "you know what fuck it, just steal shit and let's bounce."
Yes, I am giving you a hard time with this, but that is only because this is the one scenario where we can both agree that "Risuners stopped winning." As others have said, it can still be used as an interesting situation to write around, but we can't just allow you to brush it aside as if nothing major happened.

did anyone call the /mhm/ rep a pos or did he just feel like people were ganging up on him? as someone who has had to find ways to make myself look less like a pos, i look at his comment and can't help but cringe, regardless of the context that he is in. it looks like he is antagonizing oldfags for pointing out the fact that, as a newfag, he has had less time to make a name for himself, and that being a newfag naturally comes with the implicit understanding that they are lower on the social hierarchy than those whose shoulders they stand on. even ignoring how common this is for 4chan, all communities have this dynamic even if they aren't full of trolls and contrarians. what did he think he would gain from that post?
but again, i have no real idea what is going on so i don't have much room to say anything, it just kind of confuses me how newfags have been acting recently. generation dynamics happen much faster on 4chan it seems, which is understandable since everything is much faster to live and die here than on places like twatter and shitcord or whatever.

If the holoJPtribalfagchama wasn't acting like the guy didn't do shit since coming here and kept screaming about his poor poor JP generals losing land, perhaps he would have worded it differently. Specially since the decision to place both /mhm/ and /V7/ would have passed without any trouble in the last vote if it wasn't delayed for whatever reason(the only vote from that that had any reason to be delayed was /mans/ placement). Nobody had a major problem with their placement till like 2 days ago when all shit hit the fan with it. Obviously the guy would feel irritated by that. The big problems Europeans had in mid 19th century in adopting breech loaded artillery had to do with regulating the enormous gas and pressure found in an artillery. Artillery are usually subjected to exponentially more pressure and stress than small arms when firing. Breech loaded artillery from before the 15-16th century are usually in smaller caliber, same as the ones found in eastern designs. WARsuner's artillery is most likely inspired by Indonesian breech loaders that have been brought from the North. While a lot of Eastern nations adopted larger calibers gunpowder technology evolved I feel (note, feel since I'm not well versed in Historical Maritime South East Asian Warfare and thus could not say conclusively how they ended up with such a feature/trend in their artillery designs) that the general, smaller caliber artillery of Maritime SEA is influenced by the relative lack of heavily fortified settlements or fortifications, terrain and manufacturing. And the use of breech loaders especially on ships is kind of intuitive. Which is perhaps another factor that makes the Indonesians use breech loaded, smaller caliber swivel guns. The breech loaders that were made in Europe from around the 14-16th century were gradually replaced especially in anti-personnel use (which the breech loaders are only good for really). For more information on European Breech loaders read ch 13. of this book https://b-ok.global/book/21047170/9daec4

Also /2434/rep please do not ever troll the thread like that. It adds nothing and it just makes anons on edge. You should know this because you were also targeted by false flaggers for a while. If you do want a back up trip added, just reply to the OP and state your intention.

sakuran rep seems to have become worthless

all respect i had towards him went out of the window when he grounded his argument in "its a holojp nation losing land"

he attacked the /mhm/ rep for such a stupid reason, while once again having not properly informed himself and not even realizing it might actually be /stars/ thats gonna lose land sicne there will be a vote about a switch.

he was also totally fine with it the moment someone brought up "what if bakatare is switched with /zomg/ shwoing that he does not care about it being a repless nation but truly jsut a special case of tribalfaggotry about holojp

instead of pissing on reps that actually are enthuastic about the project he should instead actually go back to actually representing his homethread, the westside of the world already is lacking reps as it is, he could actually contribute in helping that side of the world feel more alive.

I still have some backreading to do for the previous threads, so I'm not entirely sure what the context here is, but it's worth noting that the swap will result in a lot more lost land than adding in the ID nations. /zomg/ is 800,000 sq km. /bakatare/ is 2,800,000 sq km. Being okay with swapping but not with throwing in the new threads makes little sense to me on those grounds.

Commodus logs ch.3

It has been months since I first left my village and encountered Maumigny (his name is Charles but I like to call him Maumigny) and I think by now it is definitely a safe bet to assume he is not going to fuck me over. If he had wanted to do so he definitely would have done it by now and probably without too much difficulty. Makes me realize that even though we have good natural defenses, individual tribes are no match for professional armies.

We are currently headed to Panrong as it is on the way to Silvanus. I guess he wants to go there because he sees it as important and because of the raiders over there. Fuck it by all means I am tired of that shit as all risuners are. What surprised me was his negative attitude to the kronies. While I personally don't care for them either I know a vast majority of risuners love them due to them teaching us a lot about modern world ideas and because they are almost as eager to nut exchange as we are.

(after the attack)
Had to put this log away as soon as I saw the upcoming raid. If hundreds of these guys can actually infiltrate /risu/ this deep and make it all the way to a major city like Panrong then we are seriously fucked. To be completely honest I had total faith in Panrong as the sheer number of risuners there would have taken out those guys but who was I to say no to extra help. And with Maunigny we basically had 0 casualties. I expect our chamber geese to be well fed with all the corpses and when they are done with that we can feed them the prisoners.
Maumigny likes to be the hero but I can't lie. He kind of is one. I told all the ones over at Panrong to have set emergency evacuation routes into their mining tunnels as well as arm them with the enemy weapons. Panrong is a city of mostly miners but warriors are always in demand and with all the extra stone they mine I told Elder Prisca to fortify the outer walls as much as possible. Even though the attack would not have succeeded it would have been an international embarrassment if we allowed Panrong to fall. After I gave instructions to Prisca to which she was in full agreement with I went back and learned a lot about Maumigny's tactics.

Formations and careful strategy are the main reason why as a whole, nations of the world tend to outclass those that don't use them (like us). At least it seems that way. While stealth and ambush is an excellent way to win war it is simply suicide if its sporadic and unorganized. I'll have to read up and learn on our way to Silvanus.

Commodus logs ch.4

Holy fuck. It's been a year already. I toured the country with Maumigny and have effectively become not only the risuner who can understand their language the best but also the one with the most in depth knowledge of battle formations and tactics. Well I would fucking hope so after all the studying I did. Making /risu/ a safe place by training our warriors will make me a fucking legend. Hell I just might win enough nuts to finally win the yearly nut tribute and shoot my nuts into Risu's mouth herself!
Once we arrived there Maumigny was in shock. He was expecting all this over fancy shit everywhere but to him our "capital" looked like an oversized village. We have the upper layer in the trees like most risuner villages except of course Silvanus is much bigger and many brides connecting the large amount of platforms. Then there is the bottom layer which houses most of the shops and utilities as well as the large circle in the middle for when Risu does her yearly nut tributes. Of course since Maumigny doesn't like to get laid too much he was horrified at all our designated cum zones or as he calls them, "brothels".
Not to mention our beaches looked like a battlefield with fortifications and watchtowers everywhere. People were really preparing for invaders here after recent raids. How the hell could I ever blame them though. One day we will be strong enough to deal with the fuckers on our own. Whether we use magic or start getting big cannons and ships, I dream of one day people will come here and we don't have to worry about them attacking us.

The negotiations went pretty well after he was basically interrogated. I had to do a bit of vouching for him but things went well. What I did not expect was the big pile of gems he brought out! THAT WAS FUCKING COOL OF HIM! It seems he learned a lot about us the past year but that is to be expected in my opinion.
Last thing he mentioned after refusing sex from the local prostitutes (seriously I know not everyone is as horny as risuners but I think this guy actually hates getting laid) was to remind me of the fortifications. I remember asking all the local risuners to evacuate behind the fort so we would have a real border and I want them to be safe behind it. I only wish that they listened to me or at least are safe. As much as it pains to to see forests being cleared if we must do it then we must do it. Simple as that. I would much rather see trees being chopped down then my people being raped any day.

While we could talk about sniffing dirty socks all day. Or we can talk about how to farm in the savanna. I have an idea that I hope doesn't really alter climate too much. What if the tropical savanna in the upper indie continent has a giant aquifer underground like the North American Great Plains? If the savanna where /vrt/ is at has a wet spring and fall then it might be possible to maintain an aquifer. It could also be the results of a thawed ice age in the past.

Commodus logs ch.5

Ah, a month later. My boi Maumigny came back to my home with more soldiers and guns. Apparently he got more fancy medals and ribbons and stuff with a new rank. Good for him he kicks ass.
And he better get to kicking some ass because now not only are we getting raided, the fuckers are setting up shop in our nation too. At least they built the fort for us so when we take it its less work for us. And more meat for Panrong's geese chamber.
It was at the rebel camp that I finally understood the foolishness of some risuners. I will always have risuner pride but some of us are honestly just stupid. Why wouldn't that guy just accept his help. Strength in numbers especially when we have FUCKING CANNONS!
It was then that I saw that even the most "professional" men can crack under pressure or certain words. Never saw him so pissed before but my god that was a sight. Can't really say anything about thr risuner though, he definitely had it coming. There is a difference between confidence and stupidity. And overconfidence is a form of stupidity.

(after the attack)
As much as it pained me to sit back and watch Maumigny made a really good point. We really need to learn to work together if we are going to deal with this problem. So I sat there and watched this failure of an attack only hoping that it would succeed. But of course it failed and I am disappointed but not surprised.
Once we got back to camp they finally got some sense knocked into them. And what do you know we actually beat the fuckers. Sure it took an hour but we suffered next to no casualties and they got slaughtered. Any ones remaining would eventually feed the chamber geese after interrogation and looting them of weapons and such.

Maumigny was hurt pretty bad during the fight though. Hell I thought he was gonna die right there. Guy is one tough motherfucker. While I was visiting him he told me of some grand plan to make a risuner army with muskets who can fight properly. I don't really have words for what to think. All I can think of is how long it will take for us to rid ourselves of these pests. Every day we take doing this is a day risuners are beign abused and killed by terrorists.
I only wish things could speed up but I know how the world works and that soon it will work out.

(secret shit)
Back at Panrong I was awarded the privalege to meet with the risuner witches that are only known in kids stories. Turns out they are very real and that the gems are used in magic. Now it all makes sense why so many obsess over shiny rocks. They tell me about how they recently discovered that diamonds can be used as an extremely powerful bomb an that they have extremely few in reserve. As much as it makes sense to plant them in gemtrees to multiply them we need those prismatic bombs NOW so that is up for debate in the witches settlement.
If another attack or occupation of that scale is seen again within our borders after the forts are done then I have been granted permission to use prismatic bombs. But it MUST be for large targets only. If only we had more of those diamonds. I know risuners are super busy trying to get them from /morig/ right now and I wish them luck. It sucks I'm forbidden from telling Maumigny any of this but I kind of want to see his face when a massive array of colors vaporizes hundreds of men in seconds. Well that will be decided soon I am sure.

I think it depends on where the rivers and bodies of water are. /vrt/'s savanna is interesting because there's nothing quite like it in our world. The cooler subtropic air of the north will bring rains. Unlike other savannas /vrt/ is surrounded by warm ocean. Which means humidity from water vapor. /vrt/ will become dry in the colder winter months. Late spring, summer, and early fall should be pretty wet. The premise of this region is an anomaly based on surface level research. From what I gather it would be more grassland than dusty dry savanna. There's still risk of dusty dry seasons though.

Onobots should be lucky. They found a home in the world that's one of a kind with unique flora and fauna. Still have to research if its useful for farming without modern fertilizer. Alternatively we can still have some leeway in terms of the history of the immediate post-calamity era. Trade would be limited as trade routes are being re-established, infrastructures are being slowly built up again and technology starting to develop from its pre-calamity state in /jp/. The interaction between threads can be represented as those who were displaced far away from what their original nation/tribe already was. Population movements, slow conversion and such eventually made most nations pretty homogenous in their religious and ethic/race makeup in the current era. Maybe the foundation of /vtwbg/ should the reason why connections are happening. Formal connections
People have been making trade and diplomacy over the centuries but they were all on a limited scale.
Circumnavigation never happened because people already have the full map. Why bother go out and explore the world when we already have records from the old age
Then a group of Marco Polo/Columbus/Al-Battuta style adventurers went out to travel the world for real and realized just how badly outdated knowledge has been
Globalisation exists but it's been a game of telephone.
KFP heard of /who/ from /hlgg/ diplomats, but /hlgg/ diplomats never went there and details muddled up. Cross-continental details are even more muddy. /hlgg/ knows vague knowledge of /vsj/ from nijien diplomats who have basic knowledge from 2434 traders who only visited the-once still superpower 774 who only bordered vsj
some nations still believed 774 is a superpower like back in the /jp/ days not knowing the continent fell to EN corpo barbarians
Because of this the adventurers founded /vtwbg/. An organization that tries to establish a formal global connection to clean up all outdated and incorrect knowledge of the world

No, you can date your thread's events however you want. If you have any inter-thread events you should probably coordinate with them, and the generals that are newer should probably get their "identity" as this thread more recently than older ones, but this isn't a strict rule.

sounds dope! and a subversion of the usual 'lost knowledge' trope. Global civ became ignorant because we already have all the maps and knowledge carried over from /jp/. We already have a globe and know every nation in the world so why bother? Focus on recovery after the jannies sent us flying. But said ignorance brought about isolationism and apathy towards the neighbors especially since people travel and power change hands. Combine that with schizos and other esoteric threats like nations going nuclear after their chuuba died and the zeitgeist of 'why bother' became prominent
Which would explain why a big superpower like 774 just collapsed and nobody bat an eye

Well, the main point of having a timeframe is to be able to place a date on stuff at all. I agree that ideally the threads would place their start date about where they should, but realistically all those parts of the world were already settled, it's not like the nation pops into existence, like a general does. The "history start" of a thread could perhaps be when the nation kind of figures out its identity, like Germany uniting, the USA seceding, a monarchy being established. Like, take /jidf/. Sure, the "nation" of /jidf/ would be fairly recent. But the population of a country of this size couldn't just appear, it would have to have existed beforehand, and decided to start calling itself /jidf/. See what I mean?

i would prefer avoiding encouraging namefags, but aspects of culture can be influenced by anons. for example, even though rose-anon was initially doing stuff for /meat/, he ended up repping /rose/ since he is one of the /meat/buds on those threads. as a result, he represented some parts of his culture as being /meat/ adjacent, even if not necessarily being from /meat/ itself. with that said, absolutely no avatar/namefagging please.
>>31019457
ya, that's basically my suggestion. maybe the search for more unique peoples to share a meal with (in more ways than one) inspired /meat/ to search out for more cultures outside their own. maybe that's why we have so many allies and agents everywhere. remember, it took a while for people to realize some of us were from /meat/, so we probably sent undercover traders as spies to decide whether or not some areas were susceptible to be raided even before we started focusing more on trade as a way to get our long pigs. idk though. others should chime in before i say anything more.

Yeah, what I'm saying is that if /jidf/ was founded in 800 VTE (just pulled that number out of my ass, it's incorrect), some of the population of /jidf/ would be made up of those tribal people that lived there before 800 VTE. You can see it as some of the anons who previously did not have a home thread adopting /jidf/ as their home thread.

No, let's restart from the beginning, things confused with that mix up in the middle.

Consider a new thread which appears on /vt/. We've been using the example of /jidf/.
Let's say /jidf/ appeared in 800 VTE.
What was in /jidf/'s territory before 800 VTE? /vt/ did exist, it had existed for 800 years, but /jidf/ didn't exist.
What I am saying is that before 800 VTE, there tribal people representing lurkers, anons who just browse catalog thread, anons who don't have a home thread, in the region of /jidf/.
Once /jidf/ was founded in 800 VTE, these people, alongside migrants, came together and formed the population of /jidf/.

From what I can gather about pre-UN /vt/
>Isolationist Dark Age
- Unanimously after the split and collapse, 90% of the world adopt a similar policy of 'Containment'; Hyper isolationism and apathy towards everyone outside their borders
- Factors of adopting Containment includes lack of innovation thanks to abundance of /jp/-era knowledge, autarky, chuubanite related disasters wiping away a nation overnight, and malicious esoteric beings such as schizos and custodians
- Those who attempt to trade with foreigners or establish contact with foreigners are regarded as 'Containment Breakers' or '/unity/fags'
- Knowledge of the world at large existed as legacy from the /jp/-era
- Because people still have maps of the nations and cultures from the /jp/ era, there was no need to go out and explore, circumnavigation never happened since there is already a perfectly working globe on your desk
- However this world is not an exact 1:1 replica of /jp/ so some continents are different, and the culture that used to border you was exiled somewhere else during the Split
- Combined with Containment policies, this led to extreme and widespread knowledge 'lag'
- Some civs still believed that 774 is a superpower like during the /jp/ days
- Some civs do not even care that their neighbor had just split up into 2 or 3 more independent kingdoms
- Schizo raids and warbands, Custodian 'Containment Enforcement', and dead gods causing chuubanite to go nuke are more reasons to not go out
>Minimal Globalization
- Some level of global interactions do exist but they're small scaled and non-intrusive on foreign cultures
- Global trade, immigration-emigration, pilgrimages exist
- International events exist such as Holofightz and Divegrass
- In fact those events are the only time the people of the world update their knowledge on their foreign contacts, before going back into isolationism
- Exchange of knowledge and technology do not happen
>Knowledge Dark Age
- /jp/-era knowledge remarkably preserved, including those on advanced philosophies and technologies in more urban regions
- Some cultures chose to start over as hunter-gatherers or agrarians, citing everything /jp/ related as the reason the Custodians kicked us out
- As interdimensional travel back to /jp/ was possible, apathy towards development happen as there's no need to rush when we still have our more advanced brothers back in the primordial home such as /jp/!hlgg being a much more advanced sibling of /vt/!hlgg
- /jp/ travel would also allow for better preservation of knowledge as getting researchers and citations to prove facts from fiction is easy
- tldr the world collapsed post-split but because knowledge and access to them are still available the drive to innovate goes away
>Technology
- While knowledge is preserved, the means of crafting advanced technologies is lost after the apocalypse
- You cannot build hyper magic weapons and vehicles if all the mines are abandoned and artificers have no materials to work on
- Isolationism also means that the materials you need are in the borders of kingdoms and theocracies that won't trade them away
- Some /jp/-era civs like Robosans were able to keep advanced techs like robotics but isolationism policies have led to decline of society
- Some newcomer civilziations like Kronies were able to get /jp/-era tech running at a fraction of what they are meant, such as developing clockpunk when trying to restore steam engines
>A Call for /unity/
- A group of adventurers decided to go out and explore the world ala Leif Eriksson, Ibn Battuta, Marco Polo, and Ferdinand Magellan
- Discover how badly outdated and irrelevant existing knowledge is
- /774/ has fallen to EN barbarians creating /pcg/ and /vsj/, /hlgg/ has fractured into splits to the point some of them reverted to tribes, and more
- Some continents and nations that was on the /jp/ maps used don't even exist (what the hell even is Gensokyo? or JAV?), further cementing that this world is different than thought
- Adventurers establish /vtwbg/ as an attempt to mend this problem
- This is exactly analogous to IRL Renaissance-Enlightenment movements which making this setting Discovery Era much more fitting
- But instead of 'Discovering the New World' it is about 'Rediscovering What The World Is'

so that was what i thought when i read >>31021458 but then i tried to read the other posts with that context and it didn't seem to work. are you both >>31019416 and>>31018918? anyways, ya, preexisting culture explains any change of culture. pretty sure we agreed to this around the time when we were still formalizing the map and boarders. no need to be specific about "tribes" or who they represent in universe. lurkers aren't represented at all in this setting. cross-threaders like cunt (was /nasa/, /nasa/ died, now /mans/) new generations, successionists, as i said before, the life cycle of a thread is pretty close to that of a nation, we don't need to think of anything clever when most of the terminology is a one-for-one equivalent of whatever actually happened in-thread.
btw, lurkers aren't just people without a home thread. they are people who don't post at all. they don't have any presence on any thread anywhere, which is why they wouldn't have any presence on /vt/. if every single /jidf/ poster was a lurker before the first /jidf/ thread came into being, they're a new, radically different generation of something that existed before, maybe even the product of a paradigm shift. consider how many democracies existed before the enlightenment vs after.

>>31023756
hence why i brought up namefags. anons can influence cultures, but individual anons should not be represented in the nation. if they posted before, they influenced culture, but they aren't influencing culture while they are not posting. the changes they made stay even if they out right leave the thread, but those changes are represented by how the culture that are active responds to them. lurkers never influenced culture. they haven't created any ripples in thread culture at all, so they aren't represented at all. how do we represent samefags? do we have to? unless they admit to being samefags they influence culture as if they were two separate people, so that is how they are represented. it's easy.

I'm a little yiffy in the whole advanced technology bit. I feel like even though the /jp/-chuuba fans conflict should have some mythical elements to it, depending on the actual history of /jp/ both sides might not process the technology you are thinking. /jp/ likely did not have chuubanite steam engines, and the use of it both in practice and theorized use of it was purely a post-calamity thing. Alternatively the potency and effects of chuubanite could also be different across the dimensions. /jp/ chuubanite was "unfiltered", getting it's power directly from the chuuabs. /vt/ chuubanite's true power was party used to maintain the system that the jannies have set up, maybe a dimensional fence to keep any large scale invasion back to /jp/ or it was used to maintain the catalog and its balance. Or maybe the jannies feed on the chuuabnite's true power, so it has an incentive to keep the denizens of /vt/ in check.

I do think it would be better if the advanced /jp/ stuff required access to weeaboo magic quanta in some manner, otherwise it makes you wonder why none of this technological knowledge was retained by the Vitubians who were transported to /vt/. Bit of a plothole. If weeaboo magic powered it, it explains why the technology couldn't be used here.
Which doesn't have to take the form of magic rocks btw, it can be less physical. Maybe all japanians were like catalognauts, magic conduits themselves.

got you covered. different magic quanta means they need to figure out an entirely new magic system, equivalent to the difficulty of figuring out someone else's entire magic system from scratch when they keep it secret in this system. new glyphs, new activator substances, even simply figuring out what their magic system does passively could be a challenge, and with no technology to work with they would have to rely on whatever they had available to write down knowledge from their past that might very well not be useful at all. consider how ability-dependent most forms of chuubanite technology are.

I quite like this idea.
As for my own thread, I'd see it as follows...

>The Ka-ti Mak
Originally inhabitants of the great /hlgg/ empire, more specifically, they were a caste of merchants within the empire the "BUY" and "SELL" posting, from which NASFAQ got inspired

After the split the Ka-ti Mak were spread all across the world, and they mixed with the local populations. Only in the area where the modern Serene Republic is located a Ka-ti Mak majority existed and the population remained ethnically unchanged.

>Lady Honk
Honk was perhaps originally something like a powerful alchemist and perhaps a catalognaut of the /hlgg/ Empire. After the split she retained some of the knowledge of the Japonian magic and technology.

Lady Honk sought out the Ka-ti Mak, and settled where they lived. There under the Home Island she began building the arcane machinery of the Stock Exchange and its related building's and entities, utilizing her knowledge of the ancient magics in this ordeal

>Devs
Apostles of Honk whom she recruited over the years, teaching them her knowledge (or part of it at least, not even the Devs know how exactly the Stock Exchange works, only Honk does)

The construction under the Home Island continues to this day. None of the locals save for the Dev Council and Honk herself are allowed to see engines and machinery that make it all work.

>Everyone Else
Most of the Serene Republic population migrated from the surrounding areas, mostly from the Holocontinent. They settled the land and soon the descendants of these migrants filled the land, making the Ka-ti Mak a minority in the nation.

Holy shit... Dragoon started using /vt/ five years before it was created, now that's powerful...
Just teasing. But yeah, then you know all the /jp/vt/ going-ons. The QRD is that for /vtwbg/ this is represented as all the population of /vt/ being transported to another dimension by the janitors, a dimension where our planet is similar in lots of way, but also a bit different, mainly because there are no /jp/ threads.
We're currently theorizing that this Splitting of the Boards would have been prompted by a war between the /jp/ anons and those who would become Vitubians.

I think it'd involve a bit more dungeon diving with [The Hole] being a lot closer to settled areas and being a more immediate goal to reach for the nation, or we could go with more of a "single city by the coast with supporting island villages" like on the silly paint.net map I posted

Flag and CoA looks nice even if I want it to have a little more symbolism related to smithing, hearth or fire. But I don't really watch Kaela nor frequent /mhm/ so idk. It's just that the design doesn't really suggest it's a country of smiths. Since it's a monarchy having the CoA of a monarch makes sense. I just think that there could be more Indonesian inspired elements in the visuals and lore. Probably just because I feel like we have a little bit too much European stuff here. But it's kinda inevitable I guess. And I won't force you to write something you are not confident or unknowledgeable about.
