Vesper holds around 5k viewers or so every time he streams, so you know he's getting at least 5k view-hours per hour he is allowed to stream plus whatever the VoD gets. Iluna talents have higher views when the stream ends, but if they averaged 1k-2k viewers that means they got less than half the view-hours per hour streamed. The higher view count just means more people joined and left after a few minutes. And if less people are watching the stream live, its safe to reason less people will want to watch a significant portion of the VOD too, especially when it is long (and I mean actually watching a big portion of it.
