EN became more lax after seeing Niji EN outright raiding each others streams. I remember it being a big deal when EN did their first real guerrilla collab stream when the launched Ina like a Rocket. Then almost from the second Council entered they were doing impromptu collabs. I never said they were constant collab buddies, just that Coco used to make fun of Rushia. You can find plenty of meme review videos and other mentions of her "boing boing" attributes. Besides that, they had at least 3-4 collabs on Coco's channel (ark and meme review) which is decent considering Coco was fucked by chinkmageddon and there are members who had 0-2 collabs despite being in hololive for 2 years or more. She also used to visit kana-coco house so they're definitely friends and without retarded management blocking kson's collabs we'll see more of them sooner or later.
