Ninashills were right all along, she is a retro gamer, only that she doesn't advertise herself as such. Nina main draw is her singing but she actually just does karaoke streams once every two months or so; this is because she sings before starting the game. This trait she shares with Bloom: they do the thing they are known for while playing the games at the same time, which is why their score doesn't move.
Just by the numbers, Nina is not a singer who also plays retro games, she is a retro gamer who occasionally sings... but people end up being known by the thing they do best and not what they do most.

I think a good measure for what is a "retro vtuber" is the Nostalgia Factor (Non gaming Retro stuff streams/ Non gaming streams) : there is a difference between people who play retro videogames because they love retro stuff and people who play retro videogames because their shitty laptops can't run anything else. Arguably the ultimate high nostalgia vtuber is Amiya, which runs counter to Onolumi, the ultimate high gaming vtuber because her non-gaming content revolves about talking about retro stuff like Old video game commercials or old console sounds. ( Onolumi lifetime nostalgia factor is also pretty high, by the way, it's just that she barely does non-gaming streams ) Jared could be considered high nostalgia as well simply because of model, and Bloom too since he formats his content in a way as in to resemble old videogame shows. (If all vtubers named the streams the way Amiya does, I could quantify the nostalgia factor to a fourth decimal, but alas, indies have no tag name discipline. At best I could only rely on schedules because there is where they say what their "just talking" streams were about. )

With this in mind, how does Nina rank in the nostalgia factor? I will leave this answer to the ninashills themselves since I only studied her streams for one month and the things she talked about lately were mostly the release of her single and her con adventures. The answer however might not be a pleasant one, since the nostalgia factor correlates very well with the (alleged) age of the streamer...

Her nostalgia index this month was 0, which doesn't mean: "she didn't talk about old stuff", it means she never made streams like pic related: a vod directed concisely to explore a retro topic* [althought I have to say I didn't even count that particular one since I am not counting collabs, so it is only there to serve as an example]. The index [Non-gaming retro stuff/Non-gaming stuff] is an objective measurable factor and not something like briefly talking about old stuff on stream. Nina factor during this month was also 0, and that is probably also her lifetime total: almost no vtubers do such streams. Meat, Orla, Mint are exceptional in this regard.

Well if we are charitable and take that into account the graph ends up looking like this. Her nostalgia score is now 0.16. ( For reference, "Ami-Lumi", the "central" horseman, had a nostalgia index this month of 0.8, upwards from her life average of 0.5 ) It doesn't change things that much but it moves her up a bit.
Ultimately, the issue is you have a legion of perfect scorers who do nothing but play retro games and therefore single art stream can kill your score in respect to the center. Kiki spams both art and zatsus which is why her score is the lowest of probably the entire Pastebin except for Meat who is suffering from severe VR chat addiction as of lately.
As you can understand, this information would not be reflected in a 1D chart, since her actual stats are " Low gaming, Low nostalgia". I considered doing that but then I guessed the shitposting was going to be even harder and I don't really want to make anyone upset anyway, or at least more than I already have.

Look at the retro tab on Twitch. They often play retro inspired games as well like Dusk, the new TMNT, and so on. If you've ever checked the tab it ranges from 3k~6k people watching at a time. So you can get a sense of how "big" it is. That's every game from 6th gen and older. From many consoles, arcades, and home computers.

French and American people who aren’t even streamers who seek out people who associate with wvt and anti them, target them and attempt to groom. There’s also a few mean girls in that community that anti and create a gossipy environment to try and bring regulars down, literal vt sister stuff.
