I'm not a part of any fan community outside this place so I honestly don't really know for sure, but my best guess is that it's because she's been around a very long time and people always get drawn away by the shiny new thing. A lot of people like to support their idol to see them grow with them over time and witness their success story from zero, but FBK was the number one of her company for like two years already before she got dethroned. If you include the subbranches, there have been over 50 people that debuted after her, so there has been plenty of opportunity for former fans to find someone else they liked better. Also, during the height of the boom in 2020, she was very appealing to EOPs because she was cute and did a lot of funny meme videos, but she eventually ended up doing these less and less and then they got their own subbranch pandering to them, so a lot of them stopped caring as much about the main branch, which they didn't understand in the first place. She knows how to be interesting and appealing to people regardless, just look at the fishing arc or how many clips there are of her gambling shenanigans in the last couple of weeks, so I hope her popularity still grows over time, but it's just not a super consistent thing with her. There may be a myriad of other reasons, but who knows.

It's not Fubuki that changed. It's the EOP fanbase that turned to shit. When they discovered that she wasn't a meme 24/7, they left for ones who spoke English since people always say they want to learn Japanese but never actually get down and do it.
I feel like the reason that the ones left are bottom of the barrel is more because the quality of people itself is shit. I find that most overseas fanbases aren't very good, unless they have a translator that can make clips for them and organize them.

I definitely agree that the blame does not lie with Fubuki herself. When that stupid "Meme Queen" nickname came up I remember she was confused because she didn't even understand why they referred to her as such, it was just the EOPs projecting something onto her that she never was. Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of her personality got lost in translation and people didn't really understand what she is actually like and stopped watching when they realized. I'd really recommend doing your reps if you want to get as much enjoyment out of watching her as possible, but that is something these people will never do.

I don't have any irl friends but I've made a small fantasy roleplay world thing with an online friend who really likes Warhammer and dwarves. I made my own race based off of all of Fubuki's creature characters that have a kind of dwarf-elf rivalry with my friend's own dwarf clan he came up with.

I give this belly a 9/10. It's a very solid belly, but with minor things holding it back from being at the top.

The lighting is very well done, with a clear source to the left and a strong contrast there, but with more subtle shadows to clarify the belly's shape where necessary. The overall shape is a elongated, subtle hourglass - it fits with Fubuki, and since this is "official" art it makes sense to stick true to the model's shape. It's a middle ground that fits Friend very well - between cuteness and a more womanly, fertile look.
The aforementioned shadows and the v-lines give us a good impression of the inward curve of the belly towards the legs and the mons pubis. The lower belly is such a treat because you can imagine how it'd feel very well, even without heavy contrast or linework. Apart from that area though, the belly's relatively flat, which I can respect as a choice. But I have a slight preference for a bit more roundness, a bit more fubufat around the belly button. It would give the upper half of the belly a bit more character, too.
Speaking of that, the belly button is maybe my biggest (but overall still minor) gripe with this art. The asymmetrically forked lines work for the overall piece (of which the belly isn't the focus), but up close it doesn't really do it for me like a deeper, darker belly button would have. The shadow around it and the vertical lines about it are good, though.
