Those are not individual moves, they are a set on a choreography. While not hard, perfectly executing them with no wasted moves on a sequence is impossible to an amateur.

Starting by the dance that was being debated on this thread. Those are moves that can be learnt quite easily yes, but there is a huge difference from just moving and moving with finesse. That being, there is no wavering on the motion, there is no delay or even momentum after each step of the execution. Extreme muscle control is required to stop momentum without any tremble.
Try it yourself right now! Point your arm at something really fast and try to stop perfectly still. Good job! You didn't managed to do it, because it's a really high level skill.
Second point, not a avid Gura watcher, but I have at least being following the big events and 3d streams. She never performed anything besides the criss-cross. She aways shown no fitness and all her talking about previous experience was probably overblown.
Quite simple to you chumbutthurts to debunk me, just provide any video of gura actually dancing, maybe even snzw!
