All they need is some people who actually like streaming like Kaela and 2-3 hours is not enough to drain all of their energy. It feels like EN is full of part timers and people relatively new to this whole streamer thing or not really focused on this aspect. They need like 2-3 workhorses to keep the branch going, would also help if they're gamer autists (again like Kaela).

she got like 10K while collabing with Gura and I see her going over 7-8K on minecraft streams even solo despite having the lowest subs in ID3 so the grind works and helps getting over debuffs like being too autistic to hold a fluid conversation with other person but I never said ALL of them should be like that but rather it's what EN currently lacks.

It doesn't help if they don't really care about the game (like most of holo EN). It really boils down to recruitment honestly, if they recruit singers or drawfags again nothing will change when what we really lack at this point is some hardcore gamers.
Also a dedicated GFE would be great, most of this girls seem to keep too much distance.
