Well, it is not directly comparable. Niji is probably as streamer but as career choice, Holo is probably better since you just will have that much more real-world presence. Compared to Niji where if you don't have Luxiem's numbers, you get overlooked, everyone get share of a cake when you're Holo.

Some people believe it but others are sceptical. Neither side has any solid proof so they just argue emptily. In time even the corpos start suspecting me and want to fire me but can't without proof. Before, my definite answer was nijisanji because male vtubers are more successful there.
But after the success of Tempus, hololive doesn't seem like a bad choice for males now.

Go with Holo because they pay better, I'd get my biggest dream fulfilled, and my niji oshi will probably move there.

I would've gone with NijiEN a few months ago, as I'm a collabfag and they seemed pretty laid back.

I'd go for HoloEN now, because I wouldn't have to stream for 10 hours a day, wouldn't get cannibalized by my own company/branchmates and I'd have a chance to get an avatar by Pako

Honestly the whole VTA Academy Nijisanji has set up feels super ingenuine. I guess in a way that just shows how competitive and commercialized vtubing has gotten. Also, although as an EN branch member it wouldn't affect me, the way they've handled the entirety of the korean branch and the merging put me off of Niji management.

I mean broadly speaking i prefer hololive in general and the current holobros seem like they'd be fun to hang with. On the flipside, while I have no interest in collabing with most the nijimales, I at least have the genuine option of hanging out with the girls.

NijiEN = best chemistry out there literally stole that family brand unintentionally from holo

HoloEN = dead air, terrible chemistry, restrictive and depressing, fake family crap
