I watched IRyS for about 8 months since day one. I was convinced that she's the perfect girl for my love. Then I stopped being a NEET and got too busy to watch anything.
I managed to catch a live stream last month. The love's no longer there and of course IRyS just carried on like normal because she had no idea of it. At the end of the day, a Vtuber is just someone behind a screen who will never reciprocate your feelings.

Yeah, it was the same for me too. When she first debuted I was filtered by her design but later I decided to give her a shot and I thought that she was the best streamer. But, then I've got busy with uni and other stuff so I couldn't watch her streams/ scroll through vt as much and when I got back she was just "normal". I guess I've been looking at her through rose tinted glasses for so long that I forgot that she's just a normal girl playing vidya, nothing less , nothing more.

My biggest concern about irys is her friendship with mori. I just don't get it, I don't see any outward symptoms of irys being similar to mori, but yet they are friends, so I'm very concerned irys is rotting beneath the surface, and that one day she'll be a twitch-glorifying clout chasing faggot like mori. So I'm cutting my losses now and not watching irys anymore. Same goes for Bae. It was really, really difficult giving up on those two.
