From what I remember, Tsunderia was the first small western corp. It's even older than VShojo but not by much and got overshadowed pretty hard when they launched a little later. More recently, they hired a manager who looked like she knew what she was doing and sort of became the face of the company for a while before she got burned out and quit. When she left, a lot of their vtubers followed suit and became independent, including Meru. That said, they're still friends with each other and discussion around Tsunderia usually includes the former members as well. Some other interesting things they did were to sign Kamiko Kana on for a while and released the first male wave of English speaking vtubers (actually a coed wave with another three girls), including one voiced by a female talent. They also shanghaied Hoshino Char into becoming a vtuber so we have them to thank for one of the earliest gunpla vtubers in EN.

Pretty much this. It used to be different when the channels would blow up from third party clippers but that doesn't really happen anymore. Most channels do their own clips now, so clipping channels look like they're trying to steal attention from the vtuber by getting into the viewer's recommended videos from the vtuber's own clips.

Thats alright, i think i still want to upload a couple of vods just out of personal analytics curiosity though and maybe remove them later. The only thing i did with my debut vod is i edited the start to have a shorter intro and a less disruptive audio transition from intro to debut. I think the asmr videos need their intro cut completely too, and maybe outro if there is. At least for the ones that are kind of universal asmrs, not zatsus. Though perhaps most of them would be better for consistency. But its a real pain in the ass to do. Doesnt youtube let you trim the videos or something from the browser now? That would save time on re-rendering them.

I'm looking at them again, it's more like shortened vods of 30 minutes of the highlights of a stream that do it. Northernlion comes to mind. I think clickbait title highlights work better than a stream archive, but it's also less effort to not edit anything. It's really up to you.
All you'd have to do while watching is note down "this section of the stream was really good" and think of a title.

Mention at the start or in the description that Nade seems to be basically describing herself.
Through both a link in the description, and something at the end of the video, point viewers to the "sequel" - Nade's upcoming "Design a VTuber Corp" stream - if you liked this, you'll like that even more! *Ideally* this would be the actual stream on Twitch, since that would funnel viewers to her Twitch channel and make them more likely to check her out. But that would require Nade to save it as a Highlight and... yeah.
