Hololive didn't properly have permissions for the games they streamed.
Companies found out and for a while there was only a couple of games they could stream from now on while they work out getting proper permissions for everything.
People thought that was it, but then a few weeks later Capcom decided to copyright strike some old Mio streams and Cover panicked and decided to private EVERY video on all Hololive channels and Mio got suspended for a few weeks.

Nijisanji back then had a bad rep like literal black company but they were very big at that time so they got away with a lot of things.
