Dig a 2x1 hole under someone's house, place water to fill the bottom block and tnt above that, and a pressure plate over whatever block is covering that hole.

EN there isn't a lot of interesting stuff to really do there.

JP, I'd go grab some of Aqua's TNT stash and blow up something, probably Peko's overall house/shachou quarters. Ideally rig up a TNT minecart landmine under Pekora's bed with an observer waiting to trigger it next time she sleeps there. This explodes in a fraction of a second when done right and basically can't be avoided, unlike TNT having a 4 second fuse and loud hissing sound. With the proper tools 10 mins would be enough time to rig up enough TNT under that house to turn it into a crater with nothing at all left and probably blow up Peko's items after she died too.

Why? Funniest reaction ever if she was streaming it.
