- I will graduate Suisei because she wouldn't lose too much from it, she was indie before the start and kept her character the same, so its fine. She will just become an indie like she was.
- Keeping Coco because she is a mad buisnesswoman who kept telling YAGOO to create HoloEN, and she is a strong person who can still handle all of the anti attacks (same goes with Marine, they both don't give a shit about negativity)
-Watame will eventually leave Hololive by herself (sadly) without that.
- Kanata barely streams, but her singing voice and dancing skills are great, on top of that her and Coco always take care of other Holos, especially with IRL collabs and make sure that they are welcomed and comfortable in corp, so I am keeping her.
- Haachama will be graduated for the sake of her mental health. Australia messed her up way too much, and she was too immature and young to be in hololive in a first place, so no wonder.
- Keeping NeNe because she is very passionate about Hololive and tries her best, poor kid ended up getting what she wanted on 4th try and still cherishes it a lot without whiny numbefagging.
- I would keep Matsuri only for a bit and see if she will improve her well-being and content, she really needs to get her shit together, especially around others. She should stop throwing her mental illness at people whom she collabs with.
- Flare and Noel is an unique duo and they create contrast around other Holos.

- Turning Mori into V-Singer-only streamer like AZki (in the past), only forcing her to play MineCraft occasionally or her niche horror RPGs, but still, mainly karaoke and songs. She is not too good at streaming and is too socially awkward, but her karaoke streams are amazing, and she could focus on music-related streams rather than videogames which she barely plays.

Also I do not understand people who would want to get rid of Luna, when she is the best Holo when it comes to **playing** her character. Seriously impressive. Sora is also the one who dominates all of the Hololive concerts, along with Fubuki and of course, AZki. Hololive concerts are nothing without them. Not sure if people even know that Sora used to be an idol IRL before joining Hololive.

I am not sure about graduation of Choco. She got connections with everyone, from JP indies to Nijisanjis, and I am pretty sure she was the one to encourage Luna to leave NIJI and join Hololive. But she really needs to boost her numbers up somehow, instead of spamming asmr/apex streams. I do like her collabs with Holos, especially Luna/Subaru ones, she is good at acting. And her 'just chatting' or cooking streams are nice. Most likely would graduate her, she will not have any problems joining other companies anyway.

This looks about right. Clear out underperformers, rare streamers, and preserve the core.

Its a shame ID needs to be shut down, but in these trying times they just don't bring enough value as a market. Kiara did make alot of money, but she was simply too divisive to the fanbase. Hopefully with her departure some unity can be formed, and new EN generations will take up the superchat slack.

Cutting gen 5 was a hard choice, but frankly they could not survive another individual talent cut, better to see them all off.
Luna and Towa are pretty cutoff from the rest of the gen, and are underperformers. Its a real shame to me that Towa had to be cut in particular, but the numbers don't lie, no matter how great her singing is.

3rd gen is a miracle gen, best not to mess with it.

Prior to 3rd gen the generations weren't quite so interconnected so its much more viable to pick and choose.

Okayu and Korone must stay together for unity, and Mio is a solid supporter and friend of Fubuki.

Aqua is essentially self contained, and Subaru's connections are mainly with other generations. The rest are either underperformers or don't stream often, so can be safely cut.

1st generation, aki and mel are underperformers, and easy cuts. Lets set Matsuri aside for discussion at the end, and Haato and Fubuki have more connections outside their gens. Particularly Fubuki is not replaceable.

0 gen, Azki has not made deep enough roots yet, and so can be cut safely. Roboco underperforms in all respects, and can be safely cut. Suisei performs well, she stays. Miko performs well, and is critical to Hololive stability, she is not replaceable.

Now for Matsuri and Sora... not a good choice all around, but in the end Sora must win out. She was the foundation of Hololive and is too intertwined in Hololive history to be removed. Matsuri also is entwined in Hololive history, and generally gets more views and superchats, but she is somewhat less connected to the rest of Hololive these days than Sora is. It would just not be justifiable to cut the 'daisenpai'. So with a heavy heart, Matsuri must be cut....

The problem is none of the rest are worth replacing for ID. They form coherent bonds that affect the core relationship groups of Hololive. Frankly, if we had 4 extra spots for the remaining ID talents I'd rather they fill them with gen 5, because removing all of Gen5 is gonna hurt badly.
Believe me I wish we didn't have to cut anyone, but hard times are upon us, and hard decisions have to be made. There's no way we can cut EN beyond Kiara and retain a coherent branch, and The remaining JP holos are crucial to Hololive's functioning, there is not a single wasted or ill functioning talent left. English market is covered by EN, too and SEA's just don't make up the slack on ID. I'm sorry Anon.

Pretty good. I agree that Gen 3 and EN are the most important gens. My main swaps would be:

- Cut Towa. She never fully recovered from that yab and she's not that notable outside of the tenshi memes.

- Cut Nene and Botan since Gen 5 is kinda forgettable in general and people haven't had as much time to get attached to them.

- Keep Kanata since she makes a lot of superchat revenue and cutting her would piss Coco off, who's one of the most successful talents.

- Keep Sora just because cutting the first talent looks and feels really bad.

- For the last slot, Ollie, Matsuri, and Watame would all be good choices. I'd lean towards keep Ollie but transfer her to Hololive EN and try to talk her into streaming at more western friendly times.
