If anyone else would like to help out coming up with Gen 2 sprites for Koopa, please do.
Keep in mind that you'd be working with the four colours in either Grayscale or Injecting.
You can alter these to whatever, but I'd strongly suggest keeping black and white in both, so really you're only working with two.
Only one I feel somewhat confident with is the Trainer Card Sprite (40x56) whereas the Front Sprite (56x56) could be replaced if anyone can do it better and more faithful to Koopa's design.

On the subject of chuuba mods, I've been wondering about terraria npc reskins. Arms-dealer for kwappi, or guide? Maybe reskin pygmy staff to a troopa staff. There's enough npcs to make a whole chuuba pack with our girls and guys. Might try my hand at it at some point and see how it goes.

The romhack has been sent koopa's way along with full documentation and the tutorial video above.
I expressed interest in starting up an open resource thingamabob for creating original content to help with vtubers' streams and setups.
vtubers have hashtags and such on twitter for things like art but it doesn't cover much else beyond that, so I'm trying to figure if a new hashtag for these open resources would be good. But before that, I'm unsure how and where to store said resources - it's been since my childhood since I tried making a website and I can't really afford the luxury of hosting a website for this sort of thing, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Koopa expressed interest in wanting more original BGM options for vtubers, so that's currently sitting up top of the list currently - so I'll keep playing around in FL Studio some more and see what I can do with my basic knowledge.

I merely did the trainer sprites and injection before sending it over to Koopa.
I wouldn't recommend looking in to the discord stuff surrounding Crystal Clear - it's a warzone last I heard. I just hope Koopa enjoys the romhack regardless. ShockSlayer put so much in to it that adds great value in to streamlining the experience and offering a little more freedom in how it plays. Man's the best at this stuff and I hope he's doing well.
