The real reason has nothing to do with that. It's because he's not part of the company, he doesn't constantly show up at their stream or their collabs.
There's a demographic of people who want 0 male interaction but they're a very small group of a larger demographic of people who don't mind some interaction but don't want the males to be part of the same group as the girls.
That's why Hololive doesn't have this issue either. Some of their girls interact with men but they're at limited contexts, most of the time the girls are alone without guys, all their events are girls only, all the normal collabs are girls only. The average stream won't have any guy crash. Because they're separate.

Phase Connect members can interact with males but there are no males in the company so all those interactions will happen under special circumstances like a big minecraft collab with other companies or an interview with a stranger.
