How does the stats thing works? Is it random, preset or OP changes it every week?

they're set in a way that you can adjust stuff from arm power, leg power, reversal, stamina, speed, etc but all of those stats make an average, overall stat, which everyone is very similar to so its fair for everyone. however, the game runs in universe mode, which lets you set up a whole episode like you'd see in real wwe, and here the AI actually gets more of a brain and remember matches, go for belts, and cause rivalries. universe mode also makes it so certain things can buff or debuff you, which there are a bunch of different things that can. for example, haachama has +5 to her overall for being number one in the rankings, determined by the AI. win streaks and lose streaks also buff/debuff you. this is the only way their base stats will change, if the AI wills it
