1) How Vshojo members behaved affect the brand and reputation of Vshojo. The brand itself is a valuable asset.

2) VShojo went full retard in Nux incident. It hurted the name of Vshojo.

3) If any member did something really unprofessional, it will scare away potential sponsors for other members too.
