After Mayu’s graduation announcement yesterday, reading this just makes me feel extra sad. I know roommate and chuuba are the same person but it just feels different, you know. Though with his recent Stars collab efforts, I feel that Knight is trying in his own way, and in the end I choose to have faith in him.

Yeah Temmer's been collabing constantly within Stars. I don't know shit about roommates with Stars and I don't care to, but it seems to me like he's doing a lot to keep Stars bonds going strong. He's always been painfully honest. I don't take this as a sign that he is retiring soon, but that he is realistic about retiring when he reaches some point in the future. You can have comfy and numbers if gatekeeping is done hard enough, but that takes effort not only from viewers, but talents too, plus the increase has to be gradual of the original viewers get drowned out by the influx of shit. That's why if stars en is popular like some people seem to want, I hope they hire people who care about the stars and would fight to keep things comfy.

I agree with you, anon. While he’s a realistic guy and he talks about his future plans or monetary stuff a lot, on the other hand he also loves having fun and enjoys doing what he likes as Temma as well.
Lately he’s also been doing stuff that fans suggested to him during Ichioshi talk (viewers participation, more utawakus), and I thought maybe the collabs are also part of what’s been suggested to him as well? He knows what his listeners want and is working to that direction.

I seriously think the Knight should lean in and do more Eigo content. That's something he can't do anywhere else there is obviously no demand for it with his rm and the Auntie audience is practically begging for it here. If that gives him a whole new incentive to being a Holostar I fully welcome it.
