Conjecture.
1) most of the streams for the off-collab start around the time buisnesses on the West Coast stuff would start to turn off besides Walmart (8:30P PST and 11PST for the past two days).
2) Ame has a west coast accent and what is most likely a faded valley girl one. The accent Gura and others due to mimic are actually based from an old docu and hollywood/nyc speech patterns. She definitely has an upspeak though, which is prominent in lot of coastal accents in the US. A bit more specific Ame has a similar accent to me and my sister and our accents settled in Socal (my sister lost hers while mine remains prominent despite not having living their for a long time due to all the speech therapy I needed as a kid)
