Real Life interaction is very important. Despite the fact that we tried to argue to our parents "i have friends right here in my puter", the intimacy of just hanging out is something we seem to be innately craving. I can't tell you how to fix it. I know what i'm doing to fix it. I've committed myself to visiting online friends. No matter if they live in my country or 5000km away from me.

Back in 2019 i paid over 3000€ to visit an important online friend of mine and it was the best money i have ever spent. It was only two weeks but it gave me energy for over 2 years. If you have someone who is willing to meet you in person, commit to it. No matter how hard it may seem or how weird and impossible. I second guessed myself all the way until i saw him at the airport after over 15 hours of flight. Then i knew it was the right choice. And i have yet to have a bad experience with this. Yes sometimes we don't have chemistry and it just kinda breaks apart, but there's a still a memory to be had.

Sure we are all isolated and lonely, but there's no reason why an online friend can't become an IRL friend, if you both want that. I hope you can find someone like that. And if you decide to leave this world behind, i hope you can find someone elsewhere. A lot of people do a mix of both so they can at least guarantee an audience and get practice in for their debut stream. Start as a pngtuber, get practice in and work on social media and gathering a debut presence when you can.
Higher viewers that way. There are more people with success in the latter that actually get a viewer spike.
