Apparently Tsunderia is owned by someone who doesn't really care, or do much for the talents. So the talents are mostly doing everything themselves. Then they got new management, who wanted to take more control and be more involved. And there was some kind of falling out between them and Slugma.

Slugma is the beloved manager of Tsunderia who was very close with all of the older generation talents. When she left, Tsunderia crumbled. The newer talents are stuck in longer term contracts, so they are sticking around. Although I'm not so sure they would leave if they could. Lisa has said she's perfectly happy where she is.
